I contacted three companies to provide quotes to replace both my AC and furnace. 1st Choice Heating & Air Conditioning provided the best experience in terms of those in-person meetings. Provided product documentation on the spot, answered all questions, very professional, and followed up promptly with the quote. They were very responsive with follow-up questions that I had. On top of that, pricing was competitive and reasonable. They were able to quickly schedule the work and were very professional and courteous throughout the day of the work being done. Always stressful when you're paying for big-ticket work, but I'm happy with my decision. Highly recommend this company.

James and Richard came through with a very reasonable quote and didn’t try to upsell us a whole new system. Maintenance was promptly scheduled and completed professionally. We have signed up for their seasonal maintenance plan.

I had 1st Choice Heating & Air come out to do an annual inspection on my heating system. Jeff was the technician. It was my first time using their services and I highly recommend them (and Jeff). Communication with them was great. Jeff was very professional and completely answered questions I had about how and when to replace my filter. This was the best experience I have had with any heat and a/c company.

My 30yr old system started needing repairs each summer, leaving us without air conditioning during some of the hottest days of the year.
I chose 1st Choice to replace our two HVAC systems and could not be happier with my choice. They were extremely professional and respected all aspects of my home and family as they came in and out during the install. The quality of work was top notch and they were very affordable as well.
A couple years later, I needed my units moved around to the side of my home and contacted 1st Choice. Once again, they did an exemplary job.
Bottom line, don't hesitate to use this company. They take pride in their work and strive to make sure your expectations are exceeded.
